I had an amazing time at this resort, it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially John, Sasi, and Geetha, were incredibly cooperative and made our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, the swimming pool was clean, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. However, the kids' play area needs improvement, and I found the lack of room service at night a bit inconvenient.
